I did my master in social informatics at Kyoto University and fell in love with Japanese culture and everything. Therefore, I decided to look for a job so that I could continue living in this beautiful country. Fortunately, I met with a few Cambodian friends who worked in Asial and I was overwhelmed by what the company had to offer. Asial has a friendly working environment and mixture cultures between Japanese and foreigners. Also, the company always care about you, listen to you, so that you can work on projects or technologies that you love since the company has lots of different projects to offer. I am now working as a software engineer in Monaca team. Monaca is one of the proud product of Asial. Monaca does not only provide you with a development environment at your fingertips but also allows anyone to be able to develop smartphone applications easier. Since Monaca is a sophisticated system, it has many components or subsystem beneath it in which I could explore and learn one by one at the same time. In addition, I am also contributing to the internal AI projects with the team in Hungary. 京都大学で社会情報学の修士号を取得し、日本文化と日本のすべてに魅了され、この美しい国に住み続けるために、仕事を探すことに。幸いなことに、アシアルで働いていた数人のカンボジア人の友人に会い、アシアルが提供するものに衝撃を受けた。 アシアルは、日本人と外国人の文化が混ざり合い、働きやすい環境である。 また、会社は常にあなたのことを気にかけ、あなたの意見に耳を傾け、あなたの好きなプロジェクトや技術に取り組めるよう、様々なプロジェクトを提供してくれる。 現在、Monaca チームでソフトウェアエンジニアとして従事。 Monacaはアシアルのメインプロダクトであり、開発環境をすぐに使えるようにするだけでなく、誰でも簡単にスマートフォンアプリを開発できるプラットフォームである。Monacaは高度なシステムであるため、その下には多くのコンポーネントやサブシステムがあり、それらを一つ一つ探索し、同時に学んでいくことができた。 また、ハンガリーのチームと一緒に社内のAIプロジェクトに貢献している。

I gotta love what i'm doing in order to do a great job, right? At Asial, before getting assigned projects or tasks, we always discussed whether this is the task you really want to do. Prior joining Asial, I have worked at several companies in my home countries, both local and internationl ones. Thus I could say that Asial is very special and unique. Asial has a great working environment welcoming for both locals and foreigns. You could feel ease whether you speak Japanese or English. Asial is the engineer-based company and always prioritize engineers first. For example, during the covid spread, company allows all employees to work from home and provides support to help them set it up and get used to new environment. アシアルに入社する前、私は母国のいくつかの会社で働いてきました。その経験からも、アシアルは非常に特別でユニークであると言えます。 アシアルには、日本人も外国人も歓迎する素晴らしい環境があり、日本語でも英語でも働くことができます。 また、エンジニア中心の会社であり、常にエンジニアの働きやすさを優先します。 新型コロナウイルス感染症が拡大した際には、すべての従業員が自宅で仕事をすることを許可し、新しい環境に慣れるためのサポートも提供してくれました。

At my free time, my wife and I always hang out with friends. We travel to many places around Japan. I think we have visited almost every prefectures in Japan! 休日は、妻と私、そして友人と過ごしています。 日本各地を旅行しています。日本のほとんどの都道府県に行ったと思います。
