Originally from the UK, I have worked in IT support, operations and infrastructure since graduation, in roles at both service providers (telecoms, consultancy, managed services) and end-user organizations. I joined Asial in 2013, and relocated to Tokyo where I now combine my previous infrastructure-based work with smartphone and web development projects.

仕事においてのこだわりは？
I think my main motivation at work is being able to learn new skills and put them into practice, solving real customer problems.
仕事のやりがいは、新しいスキルを学び、それを実践して、実際の顧客の問題を解決できることだと思います。

The best thing about working at Asial is the emphasis placed on employee welfare. The work-life balance is good, remote working is encouraged, and there are numerous social events.

I have an interest in technologies outside of my current work environment - I'm currently exploring mainframe-based systems. Unrelated to IT, I also enjoy photography, music and reading (both fiction and non-fiction). I recently began learning to play Go.
現職の開発環境以外のテクノロジに興味があり、最近は、メインフレームベースのシステムを検討しています。 ITとは関係ない分野にも興味があり、写真、音楽、読書 (フィクションとノンフィクションの両方) も楽しんでいます。 最近囲碁を習い始めました。
