Enjoy working – Idea of Asial
We work in the flatted office which gets a good breeze, each person can walk around freely and work effectively. Besides working, we have a good relationship and have lot of events such as birthday parties and company trips.
In 2007, we went to Silicon Valley as a study tour. We fully enjoyed Silicon Valley by visiting the Apple garage which Apple was started and Stanford University, and by joining the local events.
While we are visiting Silicon Valley, we met the Associated Press reporter by chance, and the photographs of Asial members was put out to the world wide which was taken by the reporter.

Antenna to the Latest Information
The purpose of the study tour to Silicon Valley is not only for fun.
In Asial, we focus on the latest technology trend. Through the communication with the engineers, entrepreneurs, and Japanese who are flourished in Silicon Valley, we get inspiration and try to create a place which each person can absorb the IT technology and direction of the business fast, and grow.
PHP framework is one of those challenging.
In Asial, we focus on PHP framework as the new technology of PHP. In the framework, we pay attention to symfony instantaneously and our members held a seminar to put out the technology information and wrote a first book about symphony in Japan, [symfony X PHP].
In the Japanese system, we worked as an installation consultant of symfony for the largest class of system.
In addition, we often hold office study sessions. For example, in the technical study session, an engineer makes a presentation about a hot technology and discuss about the application possibility of the technology. We work on learning high level of skills by sharing that information with each other.
* Framework is the fundamental of web applicationa and programs. It aims to speed up the creation and maintenance of web applications, and to replace the repetitive coding tasks by power, control and pleasure.
Taking Advantages of Freewheeling Idea and Own Expertise
We share our ideas and opinions aggressively with each other. The approach to bring out own idea is the same thing on any job such as programmers, web designers, and sales and marketing.
The services of Asial came out from our own ideas. Once we come up with a good idea, we make a service more concrete by creating specification, development, and marketing.
In the past, we have created the services such as JSChart, community site for model railroad (Train.Train), administrative and support service for events (Atshumaro☆Net).
